At Krystle Cole Fine Art, we want you to be completely captivated by your new home decor. If your piece isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange on all non-custom items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Artwork

  Carefully repackage the item in its original protective sleeves and heavy-duty shipping box to ensure it arrives back at our studio in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our curators inspect the returned piece, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
