How is the artwork packaged for shipping?
Each piece is meticulously handled. Original paintings are wrapped in acid-free archival paper, cushioned with professional-grade bubble wrap, and shipped in heavy-duty reinforced boxes. Fine art prints are shipped flat in rigid mailers or rolled in protective tubes to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our fine art collections worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the dimensions of the artwork. Please note that customers are responsible for any local customs duties or taxes.
What is your return policy for original art?
We want you to love your new art. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the artwork within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, minus shipping costs. The art must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition it was received.
Are the prints signed by the artist?
Limited edition prints are hand-signed and numbered by Krystle Cole. Open edition prints are digitally signed to maintain the integrity of the original aesthetic while remaining accessible for all collectors.
Can I request a custom commission?

How should I care for my new painting or print?
To preserve the longevity of your art, we recommend hanging it away from direct sunlight and areas of high humidity. For framed prints, we always suggest using UV-protective glass to prevent fading over time.
